About Me
My name is Lauren Viemann, MA, LMHCA. I am a mental health counselor and psychotherapist based in Seattle, WA. I am trained in EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. I also work from an existential and social justice lens. I specialize in helping individuals seeking confidence and compassion for self and others. I value helping people utilize the strengths they have internally to step into living a healthy and balanced life. I welcome the diverse issues brought to the table when working with clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
